By accessing and using the Laureate Transfer Agency service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Laureate Transfer Agency is a SEC-registered transfer agent providing KYC/AML verification, blockchain claims issuance, and Identity NFT management services.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services.
All users must complete our KYC/AML verification process through our partner Sumsub. We are required by law to collect, verify, and maintain certain information about our users.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
By using our service, you understand that verified claims and identity information will be recorded on blockchain networks including Base Sepolia, Base Mainnet, Ethereum, and Solana.

As a SEC-registered transfer agent, we maintain compliance records for 7 years as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laureate Transfer Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
